20 ft Redwitch Licensed, HIN. Solid GRP. Fixed keel. West Australian design racer/cruiser. Excellent condition, set up for cruising and/or racing. Current survey availlable 6mnths old, insured for $6, 500,new paint top to bottom. 5hp merc (1990) no skippers ticket required, $450 spent on service recently(receipts), runs perfectly. Bunks below and cruising storage. Anchor well in foredeck (very handy thing) danforth, warp and brand new chain and shackles. Near new rigging (receipts). Sails dacron (cruising) Mainsail (good), No1 genoa (fair), No 2 headsail(fair), No3 high cut (good), storm jib (good), spinnaker, pole and sheets (excellent). All gear necessary to race nationals if required. Has nav lights, interior lights, VHF radio (new, needs aerial), depthsounder/fish finder, lifejackets,all sheets and spares. Very stable, low ratio rig yachts, fast too if handled well. I usually sail single handed so all gear is cockpit controlled. 6 of this design in Albany that i know of, probably more and are raced here as Div 3. Compare this price to old plywood centreboard toys and you should realise the good value here.
