At sunshine fresh we are a team of two qualified professional and enthusiastic females. In and out in half the time! We are an ABN registered partnership & provide receipts. We supply all our own QUALITY products and equipment. We know what products can and can't be used on what surfaces, for example, did you know that over wetting your click laminate floors can leave them warped? Not to mention the unpleasant watermarks left when it dries! Did you know that marble is porous so you need to be careful what products are used on it so it won't fade or absorb harmful chemicals?
We take cleaning seriously and we do it properly. No streaks on glass no water marks on stainless steel etc. we get it right the FIRST time. Monday-Friday 7am-6pm and we offer an after hours service for bond cleaning also. Police clearances and references available on request.

REGULAR HOUSE CLEANING- house keeping-
$25 per hour per person. Northern suburbs only. You tell us how long you want us each week or fortnight. Or we can give you an obligation free quote. A general clean includes vacuuming & mopping floors, scrubbing toilets & bathrooms, dusting & wiping down of surfaces & spot cleaning. If you need anything else let us know we can include that too.
Generally we recommend a once off spring clean (discounted to $25ph- pp usually about 3 hrs for a standard 3x1) initially, that way we can get the house up to standard and it will take less time on a regular basis, saving you money. But it is entirely your choice.
BOND CLEANING- spring cleaning- end of lease cleans & vacate cleaning-
$35 per hour per person. We service ALL AREAS OF PERTH. We don't cut corners and we follow a real estate checklist to ensure you get your bond back. Unfurnished or fully furnished, it doesn't matter!. No added expenses everything is covered in the one flat rate. (Except there is a $50 surcharge for cleaning of fecal matter anywhere except inside a toilet! ... you would be surprised lol) We do the lot, windows inside & out mirrors, doorframes, cornices, skirtings, all surfaces, range hoods, ovens, walls, microwaves, fridges, cupboards & pantries inside & out, toilets, showers & baths, sinks, floors & more!! All rooms in the house even the garage or carport if requested! Or just tell us what you want done, or how long you want us for! Simple & affordable.
CARPET SHAMPOOING - carpet cleaning- upholstery cleaning-
prices are given on a quote basis, but are generally around $40 per room for an average sized room. This includes a thorough vacuuming before. We service all of perth minimum job value of $50
After hours cleaning service- 6pm-midnight $50 per person per hour
Weekend cleaning service- Saturday-Sunday $50 per person per hour.
